Whether you’re chasing a new PB, coming back from injury, or building towards your first race, all coaching is fully personalized to your goals, your life, and your level of experience. I work with endurance athletes who are ready to train with intention and consistency—without cutting corners.

I offer three coaching options, each with a clear structure and purpose. All training is delivered through TrainingPeaks, and includes regular communication, weekly updates, and ongoing plan adjustments based on your progress.

Monthly Subscription Services

    Triathlon Coaching

    Swim. Bike. Run. Strength.
    Complete, structured multisport programming for athletes training across all three disciplines. Your plan includes periodized endurance training, strength work tailored to triathlon, fueling strategies, and race prep.

    -Individualized triathlon training (swim/bike/run)

    -Integrated strength programming

    -Ongoing adjustments based on your data, feedback, and schedule

    -Unlimited communication (text, email, video reviews as needed)

    Single-Sport Coaching

    Focused coaching for runners, cyclists, XC skiers or any other endurance sport
    Perfect for athletes who want to get more out of structured training for one discipline. Whether you’re preparing for an event or building long-term fitness, your plan adapts with you each week.

    -Feedback on key sessions and metrics

    Strength and mobility programming designed specifically for endurance athletes. This is for athletes who already work with a sport-specific coach but want a more effective, high-level approach to their strength training.

    Includes:

    -Personalized strength and mobility program

    -Built around your endurance training volume

    -Rehab/prehab focus where needed

    -Video demos and exercise cues

    -Adapted to your gym setup or at-home options

    -Ongoing feedback and updates

    -Access to your plan on Training Peaks
