About Me

Hi , im G-Smith, a dedicated endurance athlete, full Time coach, and content creator based in Quebec. I’ve been immersed in sport for most of my life, from mountain bike racing to triathlon, and now as a coach working with athletes across disciplines. My journey is fueled by discipline, curiosity, and the desire to grow — both personally and professionally.

I train and race with intention, balancing high-performance goals with a grounded, real-world approach to training, nutrition, and life. After years of building experience as both an athlete and coach, I’ve built a community that values honesty, effort, and long-term progression — not shortcuts. I coach up athletes through a full-service program that adapts to their life demands and athletic goals. Alongside this, I share my own training, racing, and lifestyle through social media and content creation — with a focus on transparency, motivation, and practical insights.

With a baby boy recently added to the mix, I’m even more motivated to lead by example — showing what’s possible when you do things 1% better every day, with the right team around you.
